About

My Approach to Therapy
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I take an active and engaged role in therapy, creating a supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood while also working toward meaningful change. Sessions are conversational and focused, with time to explore what is important to you while keeping sight of the goals that brought you to therapy. I will offer feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and help you develop practical tools and new ways of understanding the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Experience and Training
I am licensed as a psychologist and Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) in Indiana. Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and challenging life transitions.
My advanced clinical training includes evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I have continued to pursue specialized training throughout my career, particularly in the areas of trauma and relationship concerns, allowing me to integrate decades of clinical experience with current, research-supported approaches to treatment.
